Kristal began her insurance career in 2015. After being married to a guy who’s been in the industry most of their 20 year marriage, she felt like she was already in the club! Kristal is a licensed property and casualty agent. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and visits from her son who attends Union University. Kristal loves watching a good black and white movie. Her absolute favorites are Hitchcock classics or anything with Jimmy Stewart, Cary Grant or Grace Kelly.

What was your biggest cooking/baking flop?
Weight Watchers “Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas” (during one of my diet kicks). We all took one bite, looked at each other and laughed. The enchiladas' destiny was the trash can and we headed to Johnny’s Pizza!

Kelly first joined the Carpenter Agency as an intern in 2016 while studying at Union University. After graduation, she spent a year in Memphis before returning to Jackson and joining W&A permanently in April of 2018. She is a licensed property and casualty agent and was named the “W&A Rookie of the Year” after just eight months with the company. Kelly and her husband, Luke, met in the second grade at Trinity Christian Academy and were married in 2017. She loves exercising, photography, traveling, reading and spending time with friends and family. She and Luke are hoping to add a puppy into the mix soon!

Jessica grew up in Jackson and graduated from the University School of Jackson. She enjoys spending time with her adorable Australian Shepherd named, Finn, and loves to shop, bass fish and spend time with her friends.

Callie Baxter joined the Kristal Carpenter Agency in Jackson, TN in 2023. Callie is originally from Jackson and has four children: Layla, Jenson, Jesse and Jetton. She is the proud daughter of longtime W&A members, Bill & Becky Baxter. Callie attended Jackson State Community College and has over 10 years of customer service experience. Luke McCormack joined the Jackson Agency on July 10th as a Client Service Specialist. He is a licensed property and casualty agent. Luke graduated from Union University in 2017 with a Business Degree and a newly license agent! Luke and Kelly have been married for 6 years and together since their school days. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, and hanging out with friends and family. He can quote every line of Home Alone, loves the Chicago Cubs and says that Kelly is the thing that makes him smile the most!
