Stephen Crancer joined the Rector office over 30 years ago and partnered with White & Associates in January of 2018. Stephen is a licensed property, casualty, life and health agent, as well as a long time crop insurance consultant. Stephen and his wife, Michele, have four children, Hayden, Grayson, Marla and Landen. They have two pups, Bruno and Huey. Stephen is very passionate about bird hunting. He and his daughter, Marla, love to host hunts at their lodge and hunting club, Liberty Hill Outfitters.

Carla joined the Rector office over 30 years ago. She is a licensed property, casualty, life and health agent. It brings her great joy that her career gives her the opportunity to help alleviate the fear of the unknown for her clients. Carla has two daughters, Kaitlyn and Olivia. She and Kaitlyn share a love for the musical, Hamilton, and they were so excited to see it in New York last fall. Carla also loves watching Olivia play high school basketball. She enjoys serving on her church tech team and participating in the meal ministry. Her perfect day is one spent on the beach watching the waves.

If you could have a dinner party with any 5 people, who would you invite?
I would invite my Great Grandma Stella Evans, Grandma Rachel Clayton, Grandma Bonnie Sutherland, Grandpa Ted Sutherland & Aunt Kathey Wheat. They all passed away too soon from my life. I miss them dearly and I would love to learn more from them.
How would you spend a surprise day off?
Sleeping in and reading :). If I owned my own plane, I would be on a beach somewhere.

My daughter, Olivia, received 175 bonus points in science for her project!

Marla officially joined the agency in 2018, but she has been popping in and out of the office to visit her dad since she was old enough to walk. Marla graduated from Arkansas State University in just three years and is now a licensed property, casualty and crop insurance agent. In the winter, she loves hosting hunts at her family’s hunting preserve, Liberty Hill Outfitters. During the summer, she loves to kayak and fish with her friends. Fun fact - Marla is a TRIPLET!

Shea Buck joined the Crancer Agency of Rector, Arkansas in November of 2021. She is licensed in property and casualty insurance. Shea grew up in Paragould, Arkansas, graduated from Greene County Tech in 2009 and attended Black River Tech college. She and her family, Logan, Hayden and Alton, love traveling and going to the lake. Shea loves to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas and cannot wait for their arrival each year.

Sherry Jennings joined the Crancer Agency in 2000. She is a licensed property and casualty agent and our resident professional cake decorator. Sherry has two beautiful daughters, Kary and Chrissy, and one granddaughter, Mallory. Sherry always has an abundance of little critters because she cannot stand to see anything go cold or hungry. Sherry has been singing all her life, and, as she has retired from her former band life, her absolute joy is now to sing with her daughter and granddaughter for community functions.
