Although insurance runs deep in the Cary family (Alan’s younger brother, John, works for BlueCross BlueShield and his father had a lifelong career in insurance), after graduation from Freed-Hardeman University, Alan spent some time in radio and television! In 1989, he made the decision to follow in his father’s footsteps and began his insurance career working for BlueCross BlueShield. Alan moved back to West Tennessee in 2000 to join his dad at Cary Insurance. Alan is an active member of his church and the community, serving in the Martin Rotary Club and the Martin Business Association. Alan and his wife, Kim, have two children, Addison and Anderson.
