Mason McDowell

About

Mason McDowell joined W&A in March and brings a wealth of experience from First Citizens National Bank, where he served as Vice President and Bank Security Officer. Prior to joining FirstCNB, Mason spent nearly 20 years working with the Dyersburg Police Department, the TBI, and the FBI.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Dyersburg native, Mason has already begun making an impact—earning his life and health insurance licenses within his first two weeks. We are excited to see his leadership and experience contribute to W&A’s continued legacy.

Mason and his wife, Blair, share two daughters Joey Kathleen and Morgan.  When they aren’t keeping up with their girls and their busy schedules as a family, the McDowell family enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, and snow skiing.

About

Karen Moore joined the Lusk Agency in February and quickly made an impression by passing both her property and casualty licensing exams within her first month. She has truly hit the ground running and enjoys learning something new each day.

Karen has two daughters, Olivia and Katelyn, and a boxer pup named Zeek. She loves kayaking, exploring waterfalls, and spending time in nature. Karen is also a member of Calvary Independent Baptist Church. We are excited to welcome her to the team.

Susan Patrick joined W&A in January as part of the merger with Alexander Insurance in Union City. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2021 and truly enjoys building relationships with and serving her clients.

Susan lives in Fulton, Kentucky, with her husband of 35 years, Barry. Together, they have four grown children and six grandchildren. She has a passion for health and wellness and enjoys reading in her spare time. Susan’s kindness is contagious, and she always greets others with a warm smile.

Callie Gray joined W&A in January following seven years of dedicated service under the mentorship of Roger Alexander at Alexander Insurance. We are grateful to have her as part of the W&A family through this merger.

Callie has a passion for helping clients navigate the often complex world of Medicare and takes pride in ensuring they feel confident in their coverage decisions. Originally from Yorkville, she has called Union City home for the past 20 years.

Callie and her husband, Jody, have been married for eight years and have three children. Their family enjoys spending time outdoors and being actively involved at First Baptist Church in Union City.

A licensed property and casualty insurance agent, Sabrena recently returned to Tennessee after working with a local agency in Florida. She is a graduate of Dresden High School and is thrilled to be back in her home state.

Sabrena and her husband, Josh, share one precious daughter, Olivia. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, visiting the beach, and spending time with family. She can quote every line of The Little Mermaid, and Halloween is her favorite holiday. We are so glad Sabrena chose W&A as her new agency home.
