Karsten is a graduate of UTM and came to us as a licensed property and casualty agent. Karsten lives in Milan and enjoys playing golf, grilling with family and anything TN VOLS. Karsten has a black Golden Doodle, Asher, who is 2 years old. He can quote every line to the movie Grown Ups, loves Christmas and shares a birthday with the one and only, Laura Carnell!

Chris joined W&A in 2023 and came to W&A with over 25 years of experience in the health and senior markets. Chris and his wife, Lori, have three fantastic children, Addison, Adler, and Ander who keep things fun with lots of sporting events and activities. Their family loves a good fishing and camping weekend together, their pup Pebble, and their church family at Dallas Bay Baptist.

Callie Baxter joined the Kristal Carpenter Agency in Jackson, TN in 2023. Callie is originally from Jackson and has four children: Layla, Jenson, Jesse and Jetton. She is the proud daughter of longtime W&A members, Bill & Becky Baxter. Callie attended Jackson State Community College and has over 10 years of customer service experience. Callie loves attending her children’s sporting events and visiting the mountains and ocean.

Cate joined W&A in 2014 after spending several valuable years with the United States Senate. She is a happy graduate from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville – Go Vols! Cate and her husband, Eric, have two boys, Everett and Ethan, and a rescue pup named Franklin. They enjoy all things to do with their boys, Sunday family dinners, and traveling to visit their many nieces and nephews. Cate is an avid Harry Potter and Chronicles of Narnia fan, and she can recite most any classic Disney movie. She is passionate about recruiting and developing new insurance agents and promoting the fantastic people who make up W&A.
