She is licensed in property & casualty insurance and holds an associate’s degree from Arkansas Northeastern college. Tarah has lived in Caruthersville all of her life. She enjoys going to the lake, the beach, reading and spending time with family. She can recite every line of A Christmas Story and is currently binge-watching Yellowstone.

The Baldwin Conservation Group welcomed Michelle Thomas in January 2021. Michelle comes to us with five years of commercial insurance experience working with some of our current Rector team. She and her husband, Mark, have a son, Cole, and daughter-in-law, Hannah. They very excitedly will be adding their first grandchild to the family in August 2022! Michelle enjoys being with her family, spending time at the pond with their pups and teaching 6th grade bible study on Wednesday nights.

Shea grew up in Paragould, Arkansas, graduated from Greene County Tech in 2009 and attended Black River Tech college. Austin Cavaness joined Bodiford-White Insurance in April of 2022. He comes to W&A with prior insurance experience and his L&H license. Austin lived in Dyersburg before moving to Henderson in 2001. He graduated from Chester County High School where he played football and basketball. He has a Business Administration degree from University of Memphis. Austin and his wife, Chelsea, married on April 3, 2021. They have an Australian Shephard named, Sadie, and attend Foote Street Church in Corinth, MS.
