Daniel Baldwin is an Arkansas native and a graduate of the University of Arkansas. Daniel invested 5 years working with the National Resources Conservation Service Department of the US Department of Agriculture as an irrigation technician, before partnering with White & Associates Insurance to form the Baldwin Conservation Group.
Daniel and his wife, Brittany, were married in 2019 and share a Boykin Spaniel pup named, Lea. Daniel loves being able to be outdoors with his family and is thankful his profession allows him a little extra time outdoors. He enjoys canoeing the Buffalo River, duck hunting, small mouth bass fishing and travelling with Brittany.

The Baldwin Conservation Group welcomed Michelle Thomas in January 2021. Michelle comes to us with five years of commercial insurance experience working with some of our current Rector team. She and her husband, Mark, have a son, Cole, and daughter-in-law, Hannah. They very excitedly will be adding their first grandchild to the family in August 2022! Michelle enjoys being with her family, spending time at the pond with their pups and teaching 6th grade bible study on Wednesday nights.

She and Kaitlyn share a love for the musical, Hamilton, and they were so excited to see it in New York last fall. Carla also loves watching Olivia play high school basketball. I would invite my Great Grandma Stella Evans, Grandma Rachel Clayton, Grandma Bonnie Sutherland, Grandpa Ted Sutherland & Aunt Kathey Wheat. They all passed away too soon from my life. I miss them dearly and I would love to learn more from them.

Marla officially joined the agency in 2018, but she has been popping in and out of the office to visit her dad since she was old enough to walk. Marla graduated from Arkansas State University in just three years and is now a licensed property, casualty and crop insurance agent. In the winter, she loves hosting hunts at her family’s hunting preserve, Liberty Hill Outfitters. During the summer, she loves to kayak and fish with her friends. Fun fact - Marla is a TRIPLET!

Dustin graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Business Administration and Insurance and Risk Management in 2004. He spent the next four years learning many different aspects of the insurance industry as a Senior Claims Adjuster, Field Underwriter and Agency Owner with Farmers Insurance Group. Dustin and his wife, Anna Jayne, have two daughters, Mollie Claire and Emma Catherine. He enjoys sporting events and anything outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and skiing. Dustin’s favorite days are ones spent with his family traveling or going to the lake.

After graduation, she spent a year in Memphis before returning to Jackson and joining W&A permanently in April of 2018. She is a licensed property and casualty agent and was named the “W&A Rookie of the Year” after just eight months with the company. Kelly and her husband, Luke, met in the second grade at Trinity Christian Academy and were married in 2017. Richie’s father started Bodiford Insurance Agency in Selmer over 50 years ago. Richie followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the agency in 1987. He has been partnered with W&A for more than 20 years and says the best thing about the insurance business is being able to make a living by helping others. Richie and his wife, Lorrie, love to cheer on their daughter, Chelsea, who played basketball at Union University and is now pursuing a graduate degree.
